Following the confirmation of updated guidelines from the government and sporting governing bodies we are excited to reopen on Monday 12th. However, after careful consideration we have decided that this will be a phased reopening. From Monday we will be open weekday evenings and weekends for household only Badminton, Squash, Tabletennis and Gym. Please note that the first stage of reopening will allow SOLO & HOUSEHOLD activities ONLY.
Temporary opening hours
Upon reopening, we will revert to operating on a booking only premise (including the return of gym slots). The online booking system will become active again from 17:00 on Sunday. All bookings must be Solo and Household ONLY. We have reduced the cleaning period between badminton bookings to maximise availability, to ensure this doesn’t compromise anyone’s safety we will be expecting prompt departure from the sports hall at the end of your booking. Private 1:1 coaching and PT sessions may resume but group sessions and classes will not be available until a later date. Masks will now be compulsory around the facility but not required during physical activity.
In yesterdays update for our lockdown exit plan indoor facilities are permitted to reopen in step 2 (no earlier than 12th April) for individual/household use. We will await further guidance from the various sporting governing bodies and update everyone with our reopening plans as soon as we can.
