We are delighted to be welcoming our members back to the courts and gym on Saturday 25th July for our full opening hours.
We have taking advice from governing bodies to put in place the necessary procedures and changes to make the centre a safe place for us all to return to sport and fitness. Please familiarise yourself with the changes outlined below. Bookings are now open so once you know how we're planning to operate head over to the booking system to get yourself a court. We do ask that you all be considerate with your bookings as we do have reduced availability for the time being.
As things continue to progress we will be monitoring our situation and adapting accordingly, make sure to follow our social media for regular updates. We appreciate your patience during this time and look forward to seeing you on your return to the club.

We have implemented a one way system throughout the building with 4 different exits.
We are taking payments on site but request they be contactless if possible.
For our gym members returning to the gym, you will now need to book a session in advance so we can limit the capacity. To do so, contact us by phone/email/social media and speak to a member of staff.
We have moved equipment and designated certain machines as household only to adhere to social distancing regulations. The gym is closed for 30 minutes between each 90 minute booking to be cleaned and aired.
For the return to squash we have introduced a break of 20 minutes between every booking that allows time for the air to recirculate and our staff can clean the touch points. We also ask that players do not wipe their hands on the wall at any point. England squash's guidelines state that players must maintain social distancing on court by using games and practices such as 'sides' or 'front vs back' unless you are within the same household.

Upstairs in the sports hall we have closed courts 2 & 4 to ensure we have sufficient distance between players. Badminton England have now updated their regulations to allow doubles so we now have a maximum capacity of 6 players per court with no spectators. Chairs, nets and posts will be cleaned in the 30 minutes break between sessions. If you book a double slot you will be required to vacate during this period.

We aim to provide a broad range of activities to help fulfil the needs of our local community.
Our charity is voluntary based and continues to evolve as we seek to expand our community asset.
Having rescued the sports hall from closure in 2010, we are still aiming to improve our tenure with the pursuit of an extended lease from Norfolk County Council.
As individual or group participation, we look forward to seeing old and new friends alike.
