Frequently Asked Questions

What is the court fee and how long is the booking?

£5 or £6 per 40 minutes of Squash, Off/On Peak. We have 2 courts to choose from.

Can I book a court as a non-member?

Yes, you can book up to 48 hours in advance via the phone or reception. An entrance fee will be charged per non-member playing on top of the court fee at £1.00 per guest.

Do you have equipment to hire?

We have rackets available to hire for £1 each and squash balls available to borrow too.

If you wish to purchase new balls or grips we have those for sale as well.

What shoes do I need?

Non-marking court shoes are required to use our Squash courts. Allsportech have appropriate footwear for sale on site. Sports direct also offer good value and a wider range.

How can I communicate with the Squash Community?

We have a Whatsapp group to keep up to date with all squash events and opportunities at Wensum Sports Centre. Speak to Josh or scan the QR code on the Squash notice board at the club to join.

For our adult players we have a variety of sessions for you to get involved in too.

Mondays Ladies Squash - 18:20

Whatever your age or fitness level, these Squash Girls Can sessions are fun, social and a great way to achieve your goals with like-minded people. Squash Girls Can sessions are suitable for newer players and are fun, friendly squash sessions.

Fun and Friendly introductory session to get new players started with Squash.

Congratulations to our Club 2024 Squash Club Champions!! 🏆

What a fantastic evening of Squash and a huge celebration with the first tournament hosted since the opening of our bar! Incredible to see so many turn out to watch the squash and enjoy the social afterwards.

A huge thank you to everyone involved! Players, referees, spectators, club staff, raffle prize donators, presentation hosts! Every year we come together to make this event bigger and better than ever before, it’s truly special to witness! Replays of the matches are now available on Youtube.

Special thanks to those that have helped out during the setup for our new bar, it wouldn’t have been made possible without you! 🙏
