We host an annual Club Championships and fun competitions throughout the year. Check the countdown below to see when the next one starts.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the court fee and how long is the booking?

£5 or £6 per 40 minutes of Squash, Off/On Peak. We have 2 courts to choose from.

Can I book a court as a non-member?

Yes, you can book up to 48 hours in advance via the phone or reception. An entrance fee will be charged per non-member playing on top of the court fee at £1.00 per guest.

Do you have equipment to hire?

We have rackets available to hire for £1 each and squash balls available to borrow too.

If you wish to purchase new balls or grips we have those for sale as well.

What shoes do I need?

Non-marking court shoes are required to use our Squash courts. Allsportech have appropriate footwear for sale on site. Sports direct also offer good value and a wider range.

How can I communicate with the Squash Community?

We have a Whatsapp group to keep up to date with all squash events and opportunities at Wensum Sports Centre. Speak to Josh or scan the QR code on the Squash notice board at the club to join.

Senior Squash

For our adult players we have a variety of sessions for you to get involved in too.

Mondays Ladies Squash - 18:20

Whatever your age or fitness level, these Squash Girls Can sessions are fun, social and a great way to achieve your goals with like-minded people. Squash Girls Can sessions are suitable for newer players and are fun, friendly squash sessions.

Fridays Club Night - 19:40

A variety of drills, matches, skill games and conditioned play for those club players looking to train in a social setting.

Team training

Those players representing our teams have squads set up at suitable times to develop their game and stay sharp for upcoming fixtures. Express interest in team squash to get involved.

We’re all wrapped up for this year’s club championships, another great tournament with fantastic efforts all round, thank you and well done to all entrants for keeping us entertained for the past 6 weeks!

I hope you all enjoyed the finals night as much as I did! Great atmosphere all evening with our greatest attendance to date. It’s incredible to see how this event has evolved since the first one!
